ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables. you can add some homemade ghee in meals. give everything in form of purees for easy digestion

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Nothing Happens instantly neither does it happen overnight will have to follow a proper diet for the child including all necessary and healthy food into it which will help in weight gaining so just try to work upon a good balanced diet for the child
