As baby is newborn and skin is sensitive, would suggest you to use peditrician recommended Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion, its gentle and 100% natural toxin and chemicals free. keeps skin moisturized for long hours and nonsticky. It absorbs in skin quickly and protects skin from dryness and keeps hydrated.

If you are willing to use out of the two brands only that you mentioned then you can go for any that is easy for you to have because both the brands are equal and they are good at the same level but right now as you mentioned that there is roughness and also I would personally recommend you to use atogla cream that is a much better choice
