ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 3 years It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Nmfe Vitamin E cream would be very good idea there is only eating then you can go ahead with that on a regular basis also going to tell you that’s one of the best cream for dry skin and itchy skin most of the times so you can use it about two times in a day is going to be good enough
