A. Hello good evening !! For calcium requirement have milk,curd, cheese, paneer and ghee, Butter if you don't have any weight issues. Dry fruits - almonds, pistachio, walnuts, cashew, seseme seeds, pea nuts. Ragi, makhana, banana, guava, orange , millets, rich in calcium. Calcium helps in strengthening Bones.
