you can use kids finger toothbrush from any brand to brush up your kid's teeth twice daily..
use rice grain size amount along with toothbrush twice daily till several teeth erupts

U Do not have to start a toothbrush as of now you can start it after 15 month let your child at least have four teeth as of now if you require you can use silicon tongue cleaner only to clean the single teeth of your child that would be the appropriate thing to go for
