Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potatfro other foods which can be given are porridge of sfuji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day
Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to ask this question I would suggest that you can go ahead with a quicker brand that is also great all you can better still used rolled oats or you can use Steel cut oats that is also another good option just need to make sure it's thoroughly and always start with a small amount just to make sure that it's working
