My baby's skin is also very dry and sensitive , my paediatrician advised me to massage her regularly followed by bath with lukewarm water and apply a good baby lotion that keeps the skin hydrated like I use Johnson's Baby Lotion which provides moisture upto 24 hours and makes the skin nourished and soft.
