i suggest you Johnson's Baby Products. All products are Very mild and effective on baby's skin and safe for babies . I especially love Lotion and Baby Bath both are very good .

Sebamed is any day much better to be used out of the two brands that you have mentioned I am not saying Himalaya as bad it is good at its own place but if I have to choose between the two given options then I’m definitely going to recommend you that clinically tested and best to be used
