kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor.
do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for better skin health. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand.
