my son is 5month old. he has white patch on his face. it appear last month. it is very rough. what cream I have to apply?

Cetaphil face cream you can use as of now if you want to but I would suggest you before you go ahead with anything please get a check with your doctor because it is such a big fat so better be sure about the reason behind it because it could be due to dryness or maybe could be due to some skin related problem as well
