Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated jowith foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial inffection which needs antibiotics treatment
