NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello once you have initiated the refund of the product then the amount gets processed to your firstcry wallet and then u may use it to buy product next time on fc shopping or u can initiate the refund to the source account by your self and uf gets credited to your account
