whenever the weather gets cold..my baby gets sounds while breathing and at the time of sleeping..what should be done to stop such sounds permanently

A. it is quite natural that small babies will be having narrow size of the nostrils whenever there is cold there will be total blockage of the passage of air the reason behind the baby getting noice is the baby growing in h it will become normal
