whenever my baby feed I feel pain in nipples, is it worrisome and what should be done to get rid of this pain?

Latch your baby well onto your breast and sit in a comfortable position while feeding. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Consult your doctor for further advice.
