When to take raspberry leaf tea ? any side effects???? and Dates?

Author of questionMom of a 10 m old child1 Year agoA. currently I m 8month pregnant. I saw many of them take raspberry tea after 32weeks.. reason behind which I saw was it helps to reduce duration of labour pain and actual reason I too don't know. so I thought better to ask here if someone has the experience of the same.

I don’t know for what purpose are you taking it can you please clarify for what are you taking it what is your current status and all since I do not know any anything about you you have not given any information about it would be good for you to check with your doctor before you proceeded with anything
