The camel pose is the best yoga after delivery to reduce the weight around the tummy, along with strengthening all the major muscles of the body
remember to avoid over stressful workout
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello u can start with excercise after 45 days or once you feel u have recovered but make sure did not over strain yourself and start with the exercise slowly which would be better and good for you and absolutely nothing to worry about not a problem
