Jasmine KaurMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello dear parent you can begin with egg but egg white to start with egg white and few bites. Gradually increase the quantity. After 2 to 3 months you can begin with egg yolk also the same way you gave egg white. Fish you can avoid if baby drinks lots of milk. Fish you can start after a year or so.
