when to start exercise and how to manage belly fat

A. if you have delivered by a c-section then I would suggest you to always consider starting with light exercises like a book and first of all make sure that you start with diet control that is not advised till for six months of age as you are a feeding mother

A. Hi parent You may start excercises after about six months of c section But please don't go for heavy lifting and stretching Light yogasana are good. Walking is also good Practice yogasana and Upavasa Eat couple of bites less than what you really want to take sunbath daily Don't use RO water , maida sugar and oily food.
