You may start excercises after about six months of c section
But please don't go for heavy lifting and stretching
Light yogasana are good.
Walking is also good
Practice yogasana and Upavasa
Eat couple of bites less than what you really want to
take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water , maida sugar and oily food.
