Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Ya Sometimes if the child is suffering with diarrhoea and yes I can easily passed green colour motion don’t worry about me that’s very very normal so if your child is having diarrhoea been coloured stones then that’s normal also sometimes it could be due to the formula feeling that you are giving
