Q.

When should I take covid vaccine? My baby is 4 month old and I need to feed her milk If yes which vaccine should I take covidshield or covaxin?

A. corona vaccine can be given to both pregnant women and breastfeeding mother. as per the recommendations mother can take any brand of vaccine which is available in the market for corona infection. also can can continue breastfeeding if going on. also mother can go for breastfeeding immediately after vaccination and if fever and pain occurs mother can take paracetamol. the vaccine is totally safe

A. You Can’t take it any point of time that you want to but if you have any fever or side-effects with the vaccination then you will not be able to feed the child for that much time so you get it done once your child is on complimentary feeding that’s like after six months completion of delivery and you can go ahead with any of the vaccinations both are equally good
