Pneumoccocal vaccine is a optional vaccine but always better to give.
It give protection against
Repeated tonsills infection, repeat sinus infection, throat infection, pneumonia, ear infection etc
Can go with any brand all are equally good and effective.

the first dosage of pcv can be given at age of 2 months.
and second dosage is given at 4 th month.
but as your child is 3 months old ,you can get it done ,as such there isn't any problem.
please visit your pediatrician and confirm it once
