Q.

when my child wakes up in the morning she seems fine but during the day she seems like swallow. Is this due to daily activities or any other reason?

A. Teething could be happening with your child as that is the most common thing that you can see this kind of a behaviour with the child you can check the gums of your child that is definitely going to give you much better clarity and understanding of the situation
