Q.

when my 2.5 month old baby move his hands and legs he has sweating on his upper lip. Is this normal?

Up Yes of course it’s absolutely normal kids can have a lot of sweating at this age because normally the body temperature is higher than usual even in winters they can swear that’s very normal with them so need not worry about it slowly gradually with growing age things are going to be much better for the child
