when I was feeding my breast are pain why?only left side pain

Is this no nipple crack or something still if the pain is there then maybe a the problem that you are facing is basically nerve related issues which is why I’m going to recommend you that you should get examined with your doctor whatever situation the doctor would be able to help with medicine to reduce the pain that you are facing
