Q.
when I touch my 1 month old baby his head toe is hot so I have doubt is it fever or not how should I know already he is having cold

You should check with the thermometer that is how you will come to know whether the child has got fever or not because just by touching we cannot be sure about it as the body temperature of the kids is usually high so just check with the thermometer to be more sure about it
