when I hold baby in my arms her head goes back is it normal she is 3 months old..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only 3 months of age for having proper head control in the baby a baby must complete at least 5 to 6 months of age . .

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Yes this is normal. Every baby is different in achieving milestones. Neck holding comes anytime between 3-5 months. So no need to worry. Give tummy time to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. This will help in strengthening neck and shoulder muscles of the baby.
