When I go to market with my daughter, she always got tired very soon. Please advise.

A. Give her some energy giving food

A. Hi parent Take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning don't.use RO water as it's Demineralized use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 give her nutritious diet including probiotics , millets and seasonal fruits
