Hi Women sometimes do not have periods for 16 to 18 months also after their delivery that’s basically do to hormonal changes so once your body is ready for it you will resume your period that’s not an issue and if you feel tired and you should continue with multivitamin calcium and iron and a healthy diet which should include good amount of proteins I think you just having weakness probably still you are breastfeeding the child
