when I give food to my baby after 2 3 spoons she vomit out what is a problem

A. hi please check Health issues like teething , indigestion, worm Infection , nutritional deficiencies , mouth ulcers etc give food in small bites. give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more keep your child well hydrated but do not force feed or overfeed your child.
