Q.

#AskTheExpert my 8 months old is not accepting food more than 2-3 spoons. and now is heavily constipated. what to do to? if I mix fibrous food in her food..she still doesn't eat more than 2 spoons at a time..

A. hi it might be teething or Mouth ulcers so try to offer food in small bites at small gap give liquid diet like tomatoes soup, prune juice, spinach soup , coconut water, buttermilk etc more
