Baby should take at least four meals in a day and there should be a gap of at least an hour. Babies don’t accept solids easily so in starting few days give everything in a fluids form like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup and fruits Puree. Enter the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. If your baby is accepting just two spoons then give two spoons at a time and repeat the mail in less time gap.
