ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. around 20 weks. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stresssee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Once You complete five months of your pregnancy after that at any point of time you can start feeding baby movements your child can start kicking slowly gradually and make sure that your child at least shows its movement one time in the day that’s very very important
