May be due to chocolate allergy avoid kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child. also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk. you cannot give chocolate and icecream. you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food. avoid giving raw food and also sugary food avoid tea coffee. if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child

Maybe your child is having some problem with chocolate if it is with a particular chocolate or all of them you need to check for that and this could be due to indigestion created by the chocolate some kids are unable to digest chocolate so it’s better that you have a check up with the paediatrician one time
