when eat the food he is vomiting Vomiting sense is there he is not ac chewing any food

A. hi it happens because of indigestion or Infection so please give small and frequent meal but do not force feed or overfeed your child. give easily digestible food items like khichdi, rice, fruits etc give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more keep your child well hydrated.
