When does Pubic Symphysis pain resolve after normal delivery?

A. mostly six weeks. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. Although SPD can be painful for you, the good news is that there are ways to ease the pelvic pain, and the pain or discomfort usually reduces or goes away completely after your baby is born.
