Q.

When does periods come after delivery normally..? I got after 3 months of childbirth but after dat I haven’t.. is there a connection between periods n breastfeeding..? Bcz i am a breastfeeding mother..

A. yes dear. brreastfeeding keep prolactin level high that in return causes amenorrhea or irregularities in periods. so don't worry . this is a normal issue. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very normal after delivery due to hormonal changes. Consult your doctor for further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
