When do start loose weight after c sec delivery?

A. Hi, after C-section you need to take rest for six months. After completion of six month and if there is no complication you can start with yoga. Yoga is a best practice to reduce your weight and tighten your skin post delivery. Please consult instructor and follow his guidance. With this have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food and take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is very very important as a breastfeeding mom.
