When do babies get their first tooth? Is it normal for a 9 months old baby to have no teeth?

yes it's totally normal..
kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..
sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk and it's totally normal

Yes this is normal.
Every baby is different in achieving milestone. some babies they are early teethers and some are late teethers.
Babies can erupt teeth anytime between 4-15 months. so no need to worry
