POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Semi solid foods should be introduced in baby's diet only in 5 to 6 months as before that digestive system and immunity are not developed well and it may cause indigestion. You can wean off from breastfeeding only after baby turns 1 year old or later. Start slow with this process as baby also takes time to adjust to new way of eating.
