RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. You can do it after your delivery whenever you’re comfortable after 40 days if you have even had a C-section or you’ve had a normal delivery then you can get it and there’s no problem it’s completely dependent on your comfort as in when you are comfortable you can start after 40 days
