Q.

when am pump in the left side maximum 30ml can be ejected, but in right side of breast only 1 or 2 ml be ejected.. what is the reason for poor supply in one side?How to increase the milk supply in the right side? I feed my baby 2 hrs once... I offered the milk to her both side.She didn't take milk from the right side... since 2 days only I faced this problem.

A. Hello dear parent! There can be some difference in the quantity of milk when you compare. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while feeding your baby. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
