A. A foul-smelling stool in a 4-month-old may be normal for a formula-fed baby, but if the smell is extremely foul, sour, or accompanied by other symptoms like diarrhea, fever, or lethargy, it could indicate a food allergy/intolerance, or an illness like rotavirus, and you should consult a doctor. A strong-smelling urine, or ammoni-a-like smell, is often a sign of dehydration but can also signal a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), requiring medical attention.

A. Consult your doctor they suggest you to get a urine test done for your child go ahead with that sometimes these things can actually smell because of infection also and sometimes it could be normal but we cannot be sure till the time you do not conduct a test so please check with your doctor once
