when 3 month old baby has a fever and when we give him a peracitamol drops and than fever is not ok what to do

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day. Visit ur pediatrician once. i

You Can repeat the medicine after six hours again if the fever does not subside and also I am just going to advise you as of now that you should start doing cold sponging on the entire body that is going to help in reducing down the temperature comparatively faster than usual
