A. Dear parent, for your 3 years old baby girl, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add ghee to baby’s food. Add dry fruits and nuts to baby’s diet. Give variety of grains, cereal, pulses and legumes.
