Hi Mom, Along with breast milk or formula milk, you can give three to four table spoon of cereal once a day, 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable and fruits twice a day, and 1 to 2 table spoons of a protein food once day. This would be the best nutrition for seven month baby.
