NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can expect in general the baby gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month is a good weight gain in a normal baby but in premature baby can be a little lesser than this that's all and absolutely nothing to worry about
