for the premature baby the growth is assessed based on the corrected age and not based on the actual date of birth

For initial six months you should give exclusive breastfeeding to the child since it’s a premature child if a child is gaining 350 g to 400 g also in a month and that’s ideally very healthy and if not then you can give formula milk to the child and over the age of six months you can start giving basic diet to the child for weight gain
