Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. it's finethey have fast breath Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold Continue the regular diet of the child If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor For fever and pain gcive paracetamol. Anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe as the bay is also small
