if a lady has gestational diabetes mostly sugar comes to normal post delivery but it's not necessary that this will happen

It should be the same as it was before the delivery. So you should definitely not worry about it at all. During the pregnancy time you have to be very careful about it because there are many chances of increase in sugar level during pregnancy so you have to be more careful about it
