please do the following things:
keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in cotton clothes.
prepare decoction with warm water and Tulsi leaves ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
offer light food like khichdi,rice ,upma etc to your child.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
maintain good hygiene.
